I think she is a stripper that works in or near Seabrook, Mass. She is near the NH-MA border, possibly MA as she references other things in MA. (There is a club there.) She wants to get revenge on her boyfriend (an old lover), who is a licensed contractor (she lists his number).
She has considered, and may have actually done any or all of the following:
1. Sending him something saying he was gay to embarass him
2. Ruining his credit
3. Trying to destroy his computer hard drive
4. Putting child porn on his computer.
5. Humiliating him in some other way
6. Sending him hate mail from a different (new) e-mail address
7. Sending him anonymous SMS text messages
8. Calling some gay phone numbers to have them call her ex back
I could go on and on, but.. I have work to do. :)
To add to that, the reason I think she is a stripper is because she searched for low backless tops, sexy tops, thong dancewear, modern dancewear..
