The Slippery Nipple is a layere cocktail shooter most commonly composed of a Baileys Irish Cream and Sambuca. When prepared properly, the ingredients separate into two distinct visible layers. The layering is due to the relative densities of the ingredients. The Baileys takes the edge off the anise-flavored Sambuca.
