Murer 101 is the name of a series of two-hour TV movies appearing regularly on the Hallmark Channel since 2006. In it, Dick Van Dyke stars as professor Dr. Jonathan Maxwell, an absent-minded and brillant criminologist. His son Barry Van Dyke co-stars as a former cop who is working as a private investigator. Along with the movie series McBride, Jane Doe, and Mystery Woman, it is broadcast in rotation under the umbrella title Hallmark Channel Mystery Movie.
