Little Brown Fucking Machine, or "LBFM", is a erogatory slang term for a Filipino woman considered primarily or exclusively as a sex object. The term originally described the local women that worked the bars and brothels around the United States Navy and United States Air Force bases in the Manila area during the Vietnam War.
